  • Victorian House Renovation and Extension

    Part two storey and single storey rear extension, complete internal remodel, single storey side extension and loft conversion.  A mixture of householder planning applications and certificate for lawful development applications for permitted development were made to the local Planning Authority securing the clients’ requirements to this residential Victorian property close to Brighton.

    Services Provided

    • Production of CAD plans, elevations and cross-sections for the various statutory submission,
    • Production of detailed drawings sufficient for Building Regulation approval,
    • Building Owners’ surveyor under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 for adjacent excavation and works to the Party Wall.
    • Principal Designer under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM).

    At the time of writing the project remains under construction.
